Seb Cox Replies : A client of mine wrote this article. The only advise I would add is to massage a small amount of natural honey into the little lips of your arse and relax yourself for about 20 minutes before you have an anal douche (or enema). Use water thats at room temperature and make sure that the water is flowing down into your arse. You should never have the water flow up. Massage your tummy in anti-clockwise in circular motions when the water is going in and massage your tummy clockwise when you are letting the water out.
