Wash your cock and foreskin regularly. Never use a bar of soap, something in it's contents can cause slight irritation. I like to use Clean&Clear, an exfoliating daily wash by Johnson & Johnson, available in the Uk at Boots. Apply it liberally directly on the cock. Betamethasone, as you may be aware, is a moderately potent steroid cream (under the brand name Betnovate, in the UK)- My concern is that Michael is thinning the skin of the prepuce and glans-penis by using this cream on what I would assume to be a fairly regular basis.
